OWI is a gap analysis tool that puts the power of wellbeing into your hands. OWI exists to answer one question: does your organisation operate with framework gaps, that if corrected could improve wellbeing? It takes around ten minutes and gives you a scored report across business domains that you can start to act upon immediately.

We only ask for what we need to run your assessment and send your results. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared without your permission.
There is no subscription. No auto-renewal. No hidden fees. You pay £99 to unlock one full analysis attempt. If you want to retake the analysis later, you pay again — and returning customers get a discount (just contact us).
Sign up with your work email. Verify it within 30 minutes. Your email becomes your permanent login and is where your results report is sent.
If you have a discount code, enter it on the payment page before clicking Pay. The discount applies instantly and the final amount is shown before you confirm.
You're redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all card data under PCI-DSS compliance.
Once Stripe confirms payment, your access changes to "Paid — Ready for analysis." This happens via a secure Stripe webhook, so it works even if you close the browser mid-redirect.
Complete all 19 questions across 8 sections at your own pace. On submission, your access status changes to "Used." If you need to retake, a new £99 payment is required (or contact us for a returning-user discount).
Your scored report with category breakdowns and a PDF are emailed to you instantly. Your dashboard stays valid for 90 days — after that, we recommend a fresh assessment to keep your insights up to date.

Because the analysis unlocks immediately on payment and the report is emailed on submission, we're unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. If you have an issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
No problem. Your access is granted via a secure Stripe webhook — not by the redirect. Even if you close the browser during the redirect, your account will be updated once Stripe confirms the payment. Just log back in and your access will be ready.
Each assessment is tied to one account and one payment. If multiple people at your organisation want to take it, each person needs their own account and payment. For team-level or organisation-wide assessments, the Bessie platform is the better fit — contact us to learn more.
Yes — each analysis attempt requires a new payment. However, returning customers are eligible for a discount. Just get in touch with us before you pay again and we'll sort it out for you.
The OWI is priced in GBP (£). Stripe will handle currency conversion automatically if your card is in a different currency, and your bank's standard exchange rates will apply.
